2) The idea behind "How Much Should You Say?"

In men's point of view, men like to prioritize and their daily lives and stay efficient, with that in mind, conversation is no exception. Before telling the story, a man runs through all the details in mind, and takes out all the unnecessary information. This is so that when he shares the story, he only sharing the details, that he thinks is essential to get to the point of the story. Men might think to themselves, that "Why do women need to talk as much as they do?" (5 Ways Men & Women Communicate Differently, 2016). Most of them, a man will interrupt a woman during conversation, once he think's he's heard enough, to do his part in offering a solution.

In a woman's point of view, woman like to communicate in order to explore and process their thoughts, to identify the point of the story. She may not know herself, what's necessary, until her thoughts are processed and the words come spilling out. However, when women are discussing, they are not necessarily seeing a solution, but rather to listen and understand.
