About the Author
Hi, my name is Nilaane, I'm in my first year of studying Human Resources. I'm a feminist who believes that men and women should be treated equally in both work environemt and outside of the workplace. To actively learn and promote in feminism, I engage in a variety of inerests such as reading, writing and critquing television shows.
Many people have asked me, "What do you mean critque television shows"? I say that American media has been trying to promote feminism and equally treatment amongst both genders. In doing so, writers have been incorporating it into storyline to spread encouragment. Throughout the 20th Century, so far media, literature and many other forms has countiously been portraying the habits between men and women, and qualities each gender may not understand about one another when communicating.
Now, we are fortunate enough to be in a generation where learning about common conflicts among men and women in the workplace, are essential in creating a healthy enviroment for all.
