Often in the workplace we tend to forget that not everyone thinks from the same mind. Conflicts generally happen because of misunderstandings and overall, different perspectives. Many people forget that all genders have a different view point of looking at things. It is because of this that conflicts can arise. All employees demonstrate different perceptions when it comes to problem solving and organizational structure.

There are some employees who prefer to see things and work with a situation their own way, and others who are eager to listen to new ideas. However, according to research, different genders tend to think differently, for example, it is often seen that women have a tendency to be eager to collaborate with others and work as a team. Whereas, men see work as working independently with the assistance of others. You see that difference there?

With this is mind it's always good to be open minded by sharing opinions and listening, to avoid misunderstanding.
